Our SIP Trunk solution is for small-medium size businesses or enterprises wanting to make full use of their already installed PBXs whether they be IP based, ISDN based, or hooked up to regular old style analog phone lines.  For those with the old style analog phone lines, instead of  traditional telephony, where bundles of physical wires are delivered from the service provider to a business, Handy’s VOIP’s SIP Trunk allows a company to replace these traditional fixed phone lines with connectivity via a VOIP-Analog Convertor to connect to those same analog connection their system to Handy’s VOIP’s VOICE Switch via SIP Trunk via the Internet.  For those with ISDN based systems, the same principles apply whereas instead of traditional ISDN lines delivered by the service provider to a business, Handy’s VOIP’s SIP Trunk allows a company to replace those ISDN lines with connectivity via a VOIP-ISDN Convertor to connect their ISDN-PBX system to Handy’s VOIP’s Voice Switch via SIP Trunk via the Internet.

SIP trunks can offer significant cost-savings for enterprises, eliminating the need for local PSTN gateways, costly ISDN BRIs (Basic Rate Interfaces) or PRIs (Primary Rate Interfaces).

As for all of our VOIP products.  On more complex networks, the network should be setup with multiple networks within itself, one for data, and one for voice, this will provide Quality of Service for the Voice side of the network.  Please note this does not require additional network wiring and drops, just a reconfiguration of network equipment.  Small networks may be able to get away without setting this up, but keep in mind that the more computers and devices on a network and the more bandwidth usage of those computers and devices can affect VOICE quality.  We also have network engineers for setting up such networks.  All computer and network configurations will be handled by Hands Free Help Technologies.
